Your consult includes

One 60-minute private meeting
Discussion centered on your brain-health questions and priorities
Expert educational perspective on relevant information and considerations
Opportunity to submit your top 1–3 questions and relevant materials beforehand
Brief advance review of submitted materials to help inform the discussion

Consultation fee

This is a one-time consultation fee (see Payment Info below for current price). Enrollment in the Annual Precision Brain Health Education Program is not required.

Before completing your reservation

Please understand that:

This is an educational consultation, not a clinical appointment.
It does not establish, replace, or change a treating physician relationship with Dr. Merrill or any other provider(s).
The consult fee does not include medical services such as diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or ordering diagnostic tests.
Brief review of relevant submitted materials may be included; comprehensive record review, extensive preparation, and a written report are not included.
Ongoing educational communication after the consultation is not included.
Clinical care through the Pacific Brain Health Center remains separate.
