  • Expert educational perspective on relevant information and considerations

  • Opportunity to submit your top 1–3 questions and relevant materials beforehand

  • Brief advance review of submitted materials to help inform the discussion

Consultation fee

$350

This is a one-time consultation fee. Enrollment in the Annual Precision Brain Health Education Program is not required.

Please understand that:

  • This is an educational consultation, not a clinical appointment

  • It does not establish a treating physician relationship

  • Medical diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, and test ordering are not included

  • Brief review of relevant submitted materials may be included; comprehensive record review, extensive preparation, and a written report are not

  • Ongoing educational communication after the consultation is not included

  • Clinical care through the Pacific Brain Health Center remains separate
